Talk to it like a new colleague.
Most people type a few words, like on Google. Explain it the way you'd brief a new person at work, and watch the answer change.
Fill in the brackets with your own job. Spelling mistakes are fine.
email late payment
Subject: Payment Reminder
Dear [Customer Name],
I hope this message finds you well. This is a friendly reminder that payment for invoice [Invoice Number] is now overdue…
Generic. You still have to rewrite it.
I run a small accounting practice. A good client is 45 days late paying. Write a short, friendly reminder.
Hi Thabo,
Hope the month’s treating you well. Just a quick nudge on invoice 2291, which is now 45 days overdue. Could you let me know when we can expect payment? Happy to resend it if that helps.
Thanks, Sam

What's inside
10 things in 3 parts, from your first proper chat to handing over whole tasks.
Part 1
Talk to it like a colleague, not a search bar
- 01
Talk to it like a new colleague
Brief it the way you’d brief a new person at work, and the answers get far better.
- 02
Let it ask you questions first
Not sure how to explain what you want? Let it interview you, then do the writing.
- 03
Make it sound like you
Show it a few of your own emails and it copies your style.
Part 2
Switch on the features most people never find
- 04
Tell it about yourself once
One setting, filled in once, and every new chat already knows who you are.
- 05
Show it a photo instead of typing
A whiteboard, a handwritten note, a receipt or your screen. It reads it for you.
- 06
Talk to it instead of typing
Talk through your week on the drive home and get back a sorted to-do list.
- 07
Projects: a folder for each part of your job
Give it instructions and files once, and every chat inside the Project uses them.
Part 3
Let it do the work: connect your email, hand over whole tasks
- 08
Connect your email and calendar
Then ask “What needs a reply today?” or “Prep me for tomorrow’s meetings.”
- 09
Hand it a whole task, not a question
On a computer it can go through a folder of files, fill in a spreadsheet, finish a report.
- 10
Teach it a task once
Your weekly quote, report or client update: teach it your exact steps once.
