How does booking work?

Answer 11 quick questions about your job (about 2 minutes). Dean reads them and WhatsApps you within one working day to agree a time and send payment details. Nothing to pay online up front.

What if my company has AI rules?

We work inside them. If your company allows AI tools, we can connect your work email and calendar. If it doesn't, or you're not sure, we set up your personal account and only use tasks that aren't confidential. You'll never be asked to break a policy.

Which AI plan do I need?

It depends on your job and your email. The free plans are fine for writing and planning help. If you use Gmail or Google Calendar, or you want AI connected to your email and files, you'll most likely need a paid plan (ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro). Don't buy anything before we talk. Dean will WhatsApp you before the call with a recommendation.

Is my data safe?

You log in to your own accounts yourself while sharing your screen. Dean never asks for passwords and never keeps copies of your files. We'll show you the privacy settings that matter, like turning off model training on your chats.

I'm not techy. Is that OK?

Yes. That's who this is for. We go at your pace, in plain language, and you'll leave with everything written down so you can do it again without us.

What happens on the call?

It's a 60-minute video call that opens in your browser, so there's nothing to install. You share your screen, and we set things up together on your real work: a project that knows your job, a few saved prompts for the tasks that eat your week, and connectors if your company allows them. You do the clicking, so it sticks.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, with 48 hours' notice. Reply to your confirmation email or WhatsApp us. Missed sessions without notice can't be rebooked for free.
